The architectural language of the buildings bordering Kadriorg Park on the one hand and Pirita promenade on the other has been created to agree with the architecture of the buildings on Pikksilma and Kiikri streets. The wooden façade fits well with the dark façade of Kiikri 2 and the horizontal elements connecting the light balconies reflect the horizontal dimensions of the Kiikri 2 balconies and relate to the light façades of the neighbouring buildings to the south.

The central element of the buildings is a core covered with wooden boards and white horizontal façade elements. The layouts of the apartments are angled in relation to the façade, forming stepped balconies on the façade. White horizontal balcony railings of variable heights run around the building, forming a visually uniform surface while leaving the overall look spacious and providing the opportunity to get acquainted with the wooden boarding of the core of the building.

The top-floor apartments take a step back from the level of the lower floors, creating generous roof terraces with sea views open to the midday sun. At the level of the eaves, the building is formed into one coherent whole by a continuous white frame which is designed to be thin and elegant, passing light and views.

Materials of different natures contrast on the facade. The core of the building, a heat-treated vertical dark wall boarding, is supported by light balcony elements with a minimalist finish, which give the air of sea waves, complemented by glass railings.
