A terraced house with three units will be built in the greenery of Kristiine city district. The simple, rectangular layout of the building is complemented by glazed conservatories opening to the yard, the minimalist canopies, and a carport with a wooden wind protection wall at the western side of the building, giving the impression of an extension of the canopy. The exterior finish of the building is simple – by combining black and white plaster, the facade forms coloured surfaces marking different units.
Each residential unit has a hall with a built-in wardrobe on two floors, an open kitchen-living room, 3 to 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a sauna room. Behind the building, the glazed conservatories extend into open terraces. Each unit has a part of the green area behind the house.
